Dennis-Yarmouth Intermediate School

Welcome to D-Y Intermediate School!
We are an elementary school with over 450 students in Grade 4 and Grade 5. D-Y Intermediate (DYI) is the first time all students across the district come together in one school. Students from Ezra Baker, Station Avenue and Marguerite Small come together at DYI for two years and then travel upstairs to Dennis-Yarmouth Middle School for Grades 6 and Grade 7. At DYI we spend time making sure the students come together as a school community and families as well. We hold Family Nights at the beginning of each school year to help create a strong school community.
At DYI we expect all to follow the Dolphin Way by practicing responsibility, offering respect, demonstrating kindness and staying safe. We look forward to having your child in our school and creating a partnership with you!
